INGREDIENTS

  • Prawns 10 Nos
  • Basmati rice 200 Grams
  • bay leaves 3 Nos
  • cinnamon stick 1/2 Nos(half an inch)
  • Salt some To Taste
  • ghee 1 Tablespoons
  • red chilli powder 1 Teaspoons
  • ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoons
  • peppercorns 10 Nos
  • onion 1 Nos(small one finely chopped)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Wash the rice and set aside.
  • Marinate the prawns in ginger garlic paste, chilli powder.
  • Saute finely chopped onion with ghee util color turns golden brownish.
  • Add cinnamon stick, bay leaves and pepper corn to pan.and saute it.
  • Add marinated prawns to this and again saute till change its color.
  • Then add rice and saute some more minutes.
  • Add water till the rice submerges in and then add salt.stir for few minute.
  • Allow this to boil till water dries up.
  • Serve hot.
