Grilled chicken leg with indian spices

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken Thighs/Leg 8 Nos
  • Lemon 2 Nos(halved)
  • Olive Oil 60 Milliliters
  • Onions 2 Nos(sliced)
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 sprigs(Chopped)
  • Garlic Cloves 2 Nos(Chopped)
  • Dry Red Chillies flakes 1 Pinch
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 Teaspoons
  • Paprika 1 Teaspoons
  • Coriander Powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Lime Extract 1 Tablespoons
  • Yoghurt or Curd 125 Milliliters

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a bowl, whisk marinade ingredients (all except chicken and halved limes) together.
  • Marinate thighs in the refrigerator for 1 hour or more.
  • Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
  • Remove chicken from the marinade, scraping off excess marinade.
  • Grill 7 - 8 minutes per side. Reserve.
  • Toss sliced onions with olive oil and grill 2 minutes per side.
  • Divide chicken among 4 plates and garnish each plate with half a lime, cilantro ,and chilli flakes.
